摘　　要：安阳永金DMCL型压缩机原始设计时采用铝制级间密封,由于材料的特性导致密封与转子间隙大,气体泄漏会增加,降低机组的效率,并对轴向力产生影响。通过把传统铝制密封改成PEEK密封(PEEK材料加工的梳齿密封),增加了压缩机的稳定性及工作效率。将铝制梳齿密封改为性能更优越的PEEK材质密封,此举为国内大型煤制乙二醇装置合成气压缩机上首次使用。The original design of Anyang Yongjin DMCL compressor used aluminum inter stage seal.Due to the characteristics of the material,the gap between the seal and the rotor is large,which increases gas leakage,reduces the efficiency of the unit,and affects the axial force.By replacing traditional aluminum seals with PEEK seals(comb teeth seals processed from PEEK material),the stability and efficiency of the compressor have been increased.The aluminum comb teeth seal has been replaced with a more superior PEEK material seal,which is the first time it has been used on a large-scale coal to ethylene glycol synthesis gas compressor in China.
