摘　　要：聚焦工业恶臭废气处理技术领域,设计出一种简易型治理工业恶臭废气的蓄热催化燃烧装置。该装置燃烧炉两端分别设有进气管道和出气管道,为燃烧装置的基体组件。燃烧装置的净化组件包含矩形框表面开设的与进气管道内腔通道连通的贯穿口,通过两组竖向移动交替工作的滤气板去时刻保证过滤气体的效率和质量,在滤气板替换后,通过向滤气板表面注入旋转的水流,能够持续清理其表面附着的颗粒杂物,同时防止水流流入至进气管道内,且在滤气板交替移动时,还能够带动联动杆同步移动,使其端部移动插入L型密封导管内,将L型支杆向前推动,带动推料环于出气管道内移动,进而能够对出气管道内壁附着的少量杂质进行同步清理,时刻保证气路通道的通畅。净化组件显著降低了燃烧装置后续维护的工作强度,具有很好的实用价值。该废气燃烧装置整体结构简单、可控性好、实用性强。Focusing on the field of industrial odor waste gas treatment technology,design a simple thermal storage catalytic combustion device for treating industrial odor gases.The combustion furnace of this device is equipped with inlet and outlet pipelines at both ends,which are the basic components of the combustion device.The purification component of the combustion device includes a penetration opening opened on the surface of a rectangular frame and connected to the inner cavity channel of the intake pipeline.Two sets of vertically moving and alternating air filter plates are used to ensure the efficiency and quality of the filtered gas at all times.After the air filter plate is replaced,rotating water flow is injected into the surface of the air filter plate to continuously clean the particles and debris attached to its surface,while preventing water flow into the intake pipeline.When the air filter plate is alternately moved,it can also drive the linkage rod to move synchronously,causing its end to move and insert into the L-shaped sealing conduit,pushing the L-shaped support rod forward,driving the push ring to move inside the outlet pipeline,and then synchronously cleaning a small amount of impurities attached to the inner wall of the outlet pipeline,ensuring the smoothness of the gas channel at all times.The purification component significantly reduces the work intensity of subsequent maintenance of the combustion device,and has good practical value.The exhaust gas combustion device has a simple overall structure,good controllability,and strong practicality.
