摘  要:由于硫铁矿成分复杂,处理难度大,在硫铁矿制酸系统焙烧过程中易产生大量SO_(3)气体。这就对生产过程的操作和过程指标的控制提出了更高的要求。SO_(3)的高发生率增加了硫酸废水处理工艺的成本,提高了烟气的露点温度,加剧了排气系统中设备的腐蚀,降低了电除尘器的除尘效率。研究如何降低复杂难处理的硫铁矿焙烧系统SO_(3)发生率,提高资源的利用率,实现节能减排,不但具有较好的经济收益,同时还有较好的环保效益。本文拟从焙烧过程的反应机理、焙烧过程的沸腾状况、出口氧浓度的检测和焙烧工艺的优化等方面展开分析研究,以实现降低SO_(3)发生率的目的。Due to the complex composition of pyrite and the difficulty of processing,a large amount of SO_(3)gas is easy to be produced during the roasting process of pyrite-based sulphuric acid system.This puts forward higher requirements for the operation of the production process and the control of process indicators.The high incidence of SO_(3)increases the cost of sulfuric acid wastewater treatment process,increases the dew point temperature of flue gas,aggravates the corrosion of equipment in the exhaust system,and reduces the dust removal efficiency of electrostatic precipitator.Studying how to reduce the incidence of SO_(3)in the complex and difficult-to-treat pyrite roasting system,improve the utilization rate of resources,and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction not only has good economic benefits,but also has good environmental benefits.In this paper,the reaction mechanism of the roasting process,the boiling condition of the roasting process,the detection of the outlet oxygen concentration and the optimization of the roasting process are analyzed and studied to achieve the purpose of reducing the incidence of SO_(3).
