摘　　要：本文聚焦于远程协作与云技术在实验室项目管理中的创新应用,以风力发电3D虚拟仿真控制实验室建设为例,深入探讨了该技术组合如何帮助传统实验室管理实现数字化转型,克服地域资源限制,实现高效管理。本文通过分析实验室实际需求,进行基于远程协作与云技术的实验室建构设计,并从项目管理流程、远程协作模式以及虚拟仿真实验管理等方面探讨具体应用实践,实现实验数据的高效共享与远程协作,旨在为风力发电领域的教育研究与实验室项目管理的技术创新提供参考思路。This article focuses on the innovative application of remote collaboration and cloud technology in laboratory project management.Taking the construction of a wind power 3D virtual simulation control laboratory as an example,it deeply explores how this technology combination can help traditional laboratory management achieve digital transformation,overcome regional resource limitations,and achieve efficient management.The article is based on the analysis of actual laboratory needs,and designs a laboratory construction using remote collaboration and cloud technology.It explores specific application practices from the perspectives of project management processes,remote collaboration modes,and virtual simulation experiment management to achieve efficient sharing and remote collaboration of experimental data.The aim is to provide reference ideas for educational research and technological innovation in laboratory project management in the field of wind power generation.
