农业保险对绿色经济的经济效益的影响——基于劳动力转移的中介作用

摘　　要：基于30个地区的2011—2022年面板数据,通过构建中介效应模型,研究了农业保险的结构成长效应与劳动力转移、技术进步效应和绿色经济的经济效益之间的关系。研究表明:劳动力转移是农业保险助推绿色经济的经济效益发展的中介机制;农业保险的保障性通过结构成长效应推动劳动力转移,助力农业保险政策性发挥作用,产生技术进步效应,最终提升绿色经济的经济效益;对多维技术进步效应研究发现,农业保险通过推动节水灌溉技术和农业机械化技术进步,提升农业生产的效率和资源的边际利用率,释放劳动力,进而提升绿色经济的经济效益。进一步拓展发现,农业保险助推绿色经济的经济效益发展的效果,对城镇化水平较低、经济发展水平较高的地区更为明显。Based on the panel data of 30 regions from 2011 to 2022,the interrelationships among the structural growth effect of agricultural insurance,labor transfer,technological progress effect and the economic benefits of the green economy were studied by constructing an intermediary effect model.The research results show that labor transfer is the intermediary mechanism for agricultural insurance to boost the development of the economic benefits of the green economy;the guarantee nature of agricultural insurance promotes labor transfer through the structural growth effect,helps the policy nature of agricultural insurance play a role,generates the technological progress effect,and finally realizes the economic benefits of the green economy.Through the research on the multi-dimensional technological progress effect,it is found that agricultural insurance promotes the progress of water-saving irrigation technology and agricultural mechanization technology,improves the efficiency of agricultural production and the marginal utilization rate of resources,releases labor force,and then realizes the economic benefits of the green economy.Further exploration revealed that the effect of agricultural insurance in boosting the development of the economic benefits of the green economy is more obvious in regions with a lower urbanization level and a higher economic development level.
