冷链物流、金融与农产品电商协同发展演化博弈

摘　　要：探究了本地冷链物流企业、金融机构和农产品电商企业的策略选择影响因素,构建了本地冷链物流企业、金融机构和农产品电商企业三方演化博弈模型并进行仿真分析。结果表明:政府补贴能够促进金融机构低利息放贷;满足金融机构低息贷款和本地冷链物流企业在国内其他市场收益较高两个条件能促进两者协同发展;本地冷链物流企业在国内其他市场收益较高能够减少对金融机构低息放贷的依赖。认为政府可以通过对金融机构进行补贴或协助本地冷链物流企业扩大国内其他市场收益两种方式来提高地区农产品电商和冷链物流的协同发展水平。The influencing factors of the strategic choices of local cold chain logistics enterprises,financial institutions and agricultural product e-commerce enterprises were explored,constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model was constructed and simulation analysis was conducted.The results show that government subsidies could promote financial institutions to lend at low interest rates;meeting the two conditions of low-interest loans from financial institutions and higher revenues of local cold chain logistics enterprises in other domestic markets could promote the coordinated development of the two;higher revenues of local cold chain logistics enterprises in other domestic markets could reduce their dependence on low-interest loans from financial institutions.It is believed that the government could improve the coordinated development level of regional agricultural product e-commerce and cold chain logistics by subsidizing financial institutions or assisting local cold chain logistics enterprises to expand their revenues in other domestic markets.
