摘 要:随着2022冬奥会的成功举办以及国家对冰雪运动的重视,冰雪运动逐渐成为全民健身和体育教育的重要组成部分。在此背景下,将冰雪运动文化融入高校体育教育不仅能够丰富高校体育课程内容,促进学生全面发展,还能进一步推动中国冰雪运动的普及和推广。然而当前冰雪运动文化在高校体育教育中的融入程度较低,相关课程设置、师资力量、场地设施等方面仍面临诸多挑战。因此深入研究如何有效地将冰雪运动文化融入高校体育教育,探索其具体路径与实践方式,显得尤为重要。该文旨在系统分析冰雪运动文化融入高校体育教育的现实需求和现状,通过理论与实践相结合的方式,深入探讨高校在推动冰雪运动文化教育过程中可能采取的多样化路径和实践策略。With the successful hosting of the 2022 Winter Olympics and the country's emphasis on ice and snow sports,ice and snow sports have gradually become an important part of national fitness and sports education.In this context,integrating ice and snow sports culture into university physical education can not only enrich the content of university physical education courses and promote the comprehensive development of students,but also further promote the popularization and promotion of ice and snow sports in China.However,the current integration of ice and snow sports culture into university physical education is relatively low,and there are still many challenges in terms of curriculum design,teaching staff,and venue facilities.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct in-depth research on how to effectively integrate ice and snow sports culture into university physical education,and explore its specific paths and practical methods.This article aims to systematically analyze the practical needs and current situation of integrating ice and snow sports culture into uni versity physical education.Through a combination of theory and practice,it explores in depth the diverse paths and practical strategies that universities may adopt in promoting ice and snow sports culture education.
