摘　　要：随着社会的发展,科技的进步,体育理论为了适应社会文化的变迁,也在不断发展,体育理论不再是以竞技为主的学科,而是转变为复杂综合性科学体系。同时社会文化的变迁对体育理论的研究方向、研究方法、研究成果有着深远的影响,但仍有价值观冲突、研究方法局限、理论与实践脱节、跨学科整合困难等问题。为应对以上问题,需要重塑多元化、人性化的价值观念,更新体育理论研究方法,增强体育理论实践导向性,促进跨学科协同发展。With the development of society and the advancement of technology,sports theory is constantly evolving to adapt to the changes in social culture.Sports theory is no longer a discipline mainly focused on competition,but has transformed into a complex and comprehensive scientific system.At the same time,the changes in social culture have a profound impact on the research direction,research methods,and research results of sports theory.However,there are still problems such as value conflicts,limitations in research methods,disconnection between theory and practice,and difficulties in interdisciplinary integration.To address the above issues,it is necessary to reshape diversified and humanized values,update sports theory research methods,enhance the practical orientation of sports theory,and promote interdisciplinary collaborative development.
