摘　　要：《运动生理学》是体育专业院校学生的必修课程,为思政教育的实施提供了充分条件。该文探讨《运动生理学》课程思政教育中应用“线上+线下”相结合教学模式的实践与效果,挖掘思政元素,为运动生理学课程思政教学改革提供借鉴。研究对象为深圳大学体育教育专业105名学生《运动生理学》课程的教学效果,通过问卷调查,评估“线上+线下混合式”课程思政教学的实施成效。调查结果显示,这种教学模式有助于学生对课程兴趣的建立与知识点的掌握,有助于培养学生的批判性思维和创新能力,同时增强了学生的使命感。“线上+线下”混合式教学模式的结合研究,为进一步完善运动生理学课程的思政教学提供了重要的借鉴和指导。Exercise Physiology is a compulsory course for students in physical education colleges,which provides sufficient conditions for the implementation of ideological and political education.This paper discusses the practice and effect of applying the combination of "online and offline" teaching mode in the ideological and political education of Sports Physiology,excavates the ideological and political elements,and provides reference for the ideological and political teaching reform of Sports Physiology.The research object is the teaching effect of Sports Physiology for 105 students majoring in physical education in Shenzhen University.Through questionnaire survey,the implementation effect of "online+offline mixed" ideological and political teaching is evaluated.The survey results show that this teaching mode is helpful for students to establish interest in the course and master knowledge points,to cultivate students' critical thinking and innovative ability,and to enhance their sense of mission.The combined research of "online+offline " mixed teaching mode provides important reference and guidance for further improving the ideological and political teaching of sports physiology course.
