摘  要:该文针对社会发展、教育竞争加剧背景下中小学生课业负担重、校外训练压力大的问题进行探讨。“双减”政策实施后,特色体育延时服务为学生身心素质提升提供了条件。首先,分析了小学体育教学和课外体育延时服务中存在的教学目的不明确、教师重视程度不够、训练水平不高、项目有限、教学资源薄弱等问题。其次,通过实践案例,展示不同学校的创新模式。最后,提出将“学业作业”和“体育活动”有机结合起来,以提高学生身心素质为目标开展特色体育延时的策略。This article explores the problems of heavy academic burden and high pressure on extracurricular training for primary and secondary school students in the context of social development and intensified educational competition.After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the delayed service of characteristic sports has provided conditions for the improvement of students' physical and mental qualities.Firstly,the problems of unclear teaching objectives,insufficient teacher attention,low training level,limited projects,and weak teaching resources in primary school physical education teaching and extracurricular sports extension services were analyzed.Secondly,through practical cases,demonstrate the innovative models of different schools.Finally,it is proposed to organically combine "academic homework" and "sports activities" to carry out a strategy of characteristic sports extension with the goal of improving students' physical and mental qualities.
