分层次教学法对提升大学生引体向上成绩的研究

摘　　要：为了探讨分层次教学法在提高大学生引体向上成绩中的应用效果,该文通过对120名学生分类实验组和对照组,进行为期一学期的实验教学,发现通过采用分层次教学法实验组学生的引体向上成绩有显著提高,而对照组学生的成绩提升幅度较小。结果表明,分层次教学法能够更好地满足学生的个性化需求,提高学生的引体向上成绩。In order to explore the application effect of hierarchical teaching method in improving the pull in performance of college students,this article conducted a one semester experimental teaching on 120 students divided into experimental group and control group.It was found that the experimental group had a significant improvement in pull in performance by using hierarchical teaching method,while the control group had a smaller improvement in performance.The results indicate that the hierarchical teaching method can better meet the personalized needs of students and improve their pull up grades.
