高中体育选项教学课程思政实施路径研究

摘　　要：高中阶段的学生已经初步具有了独立的思维体系,在日常学习生活中都具有自己的特点,同时此阶段的学生思维活跃对于很多新鲜事物充满兴趣,乐于尝试,缺乏抵御不良思想和行为的能力。因此在教育教学过程中,不仅要强健学生的体魄,也要培养学生高尚的品格。在高中体育教学中,使用选项教学的方式能够促进学生对体育运动的兴趣,并且将思政教育融入其中,可以促进学生综合素质全面发展。该文对高中体育选项教学课程思政的实施路径进行探索,有针对性地提出相关教学意见。High school students have initially developed independent thinking systems and have their own characteristics in daily learning and life.At the same time,students at this stage have active thinking and are interested in many new things,willing to try,but lack the ability to resist negative thoughts and behaviors.Therefore,in the process of education and teaching,it is not only necessary to strengthen students' physical fitness,but also to cultivate their noble character.In high school physical education teaching,using elective teaching methods can promote students' interest in sports and integrate ideological and political education into it,which can promote the comprehensive development of students' overall quality.This article explores the implementation path of ideological and political education in high school physical education elective teaching courses and proposes targeted teaching suggestions.
