摘　　要：世界政治的早期经典作品非常重视时间的重要性,但在行为主义政治学的影响下,近几十年来世界政治的大多数研究只是所谓的“快照”而非“影像”,轻视甚至忽视了时间维度上的差异对政治结果的影响。随着“找回时间”智识运动在社会科学中的兴起,我们需要重新发现世界政治中的时间维度。如何看待世界政治中的时间与空间的关系?如何将时长、时速、时段、时序、时机等描述时间性要素的概念用于对世界政治形态的刻画?如何将正反馈、路径依赖、报酬递增等时间性机制用于对世界政治动力的揭示?为了探究这些重要的问题,我们约请10位学者从学科、理论和实证的不同层面进行了讨论。我们期待这组笔谈文章能激发学界在重新发现时间维度的基础上对世界政治进行更深入的研究。The early classic works in world politics placed great emphasis on the importance of time dimension,but under the influence of behaviorist political science,most research works in world politics are just the so called“snapshots”instead of“images”for the past decades,downplaying or even ignoring differences in the time dimension.With the rise of the intellectual movement“Bringing time back in”in social sciences,it is of necessity to re-discover the time dimension in world politics.How to treat the relationship between time and space in world politics?How can concepts describing time elements such as duration,speed,period,temporal sequence and timing be used to portray the shape of world politics?How can temporal mechanisms such as positive feedback,path dependence,and increasing return be used to reveal the dynamics of world politics?For this reason,we invited ten well-known scholars to discuss them from different disciplines,theories and empirical evidences.We expect that this group of articles will stimulate an in-depth thinking in the academic community about re-discovering the time dimension in world politics.
