摘　　要：《第三次全国国土调查地图集》是第一本全面综合地反映第三次全国国土调查成果的大型专题地图集。地图集多尺度、多层次、多角度地展现了我国国土利用现状及分布规律。本文系统阐述了地图集在编制出版实践中的选题背景和设计理念,重点介绍了地图集的整体结构设计、图组内容的编排、版式装帧设计,以及信息数据的可视化表达。该地图集的出版将为各级政府、自然资源部门等国土相关单位掌握我国国土利用状况,优化国土空间规划与决策,践行生态文明建设提供基础资料和科学依据。本文还结合地图集出版创新模式展开探讨。Atlas of the Third National Land Resource Survey represents the first comprehensive and large-scale thematic atlas that thoroughly reflects the outcomes of the Third National Land Survey in China.The atlas displays the current status and distribution pattern of land use in China from multiple scales,levels,and perspectives.This paper systematically elaborates on the background and design philosophy of the atlas during its compilation and publication process,with a focus on introducing its overall structural design,the arrangement of map groups’content,the layout and binding design,as well as the visual representation of information data.The publication of it will serve as a fundamental resource and scientific basis for various levels of government,natural resources departments,and other land-related entities to grasp the state of land utilization in China,optimize land spatial planning and decision-making,and implement ecological civilization construction.Furthermore,this article explores the innovative publication models for the atlas.
