摘 要:为了保证脆性材料在使用过程中不会发生破裂,需要对其力学性能进行测试和分析.本文先通过扭转试验测出脆性材料铸铁在不同扭转速率下的扭转强度和剪切弹性模量,并通过趋势分析的方法分析扭转速率与铸铁的扭转强度和剪切弹性模量之间的关系.然后运用数值分析,模拟在扭转过程中不同扭转速率与铸铁的扭转强度和剪切弹性模量的拟合曲线.研究结果表明:在扭转的弹性范围内,铸铁的扭转强度和剪切弹性模量与扭转速率成正比;超过扭转的弹性范围时,铸铁的扭转强度和剪切弹性模量与扭转速率成反比.在实际应用中,需要根据具体的材料性质和工程需求,确定合适的扭转速率范围以及温度条件,以保证材料的力学性能和使用寿命.To avoid the rupture of brittle materials during use,it is necessary to test and analyze their mechanical properties.This paper firstly measures the torsional strength and shear elastic modulus of brittle material cast iron at different torsion rates through torsion tests,and analyzes the relationship between torsion rate and the torsional strength and shear elastic modulus of cast iron through trend analysis.Then,numerical analysis is applied to simulate the fitting curves between different torsion rates and the torsional strength and shear elastic modulus of cast iron during the torsion process.The research results indicate that within the elastic range of torsion,the torsional strength and shear elastic modulus of cast iron are directly proportional to the torsion rate;while the elastic range of torsion is exceeded,the torsional strength and shear elastic modulus of cast iron are inversely proportional to the torsion rate.In practical applications,to ensure the mechanical properties and service life of the material,it is necessary to determine the appropriate range of torsion rate and temperature conditions based on specific material properties and engineering requirements.
