法治外宣新闻叙事的批评认知研究

摘　　要：当前,我国的法治外宣刚刚起步。对法治新闻叙事中的话语策略进行分析,有助于中国记者讲好中国法治故事,写出符合海外受众阅读习惯的报道,进而向国际展现中国的法治精神。本文以心理空间和概念整合理论为基础,对法治外宣新闻叙事的心理空间内嵌和整合的话语策略进行批评认知分析。通过个案研究发现:①叙事空间主要采用过去时,场景空间以线人视角空间或者叙事外话语空间结束;②记者使用大量认知感知动词和表示想法的动词展开线人视角空间,辅以直接引用和间接引用,使记者、叙事者和线人的视角发生融合,从而让读者成为间接目击者,对前期的事件发生和后期的法律维权过程更有代入感。由此可见,在新闻叙事中,记者会用不同的语言学手段来保持新闻叙事生动性和真实性的平衡,确保报道效果。Currently,China’s legal publicity is just beginning to take shape.Analyzing the discourse strategies in legal news narratives can help Chinese journalists tell compelling stories about China’s rule of law,write reports that align with the reading habits of overseas audiences,and showcase China’s legal spirit internationally.Based on the theories of mental space and conceptual blending,this paper conducts a critical cognitive analysis of the discourse strategies embedded in the mental space and integrated into legal news narratives.Through case studies,the findings reveal:ⅰ)the narrative space mainly employs the past tense,with the scene space ending in either the perspective space of the source or the space outside the narrative discourse;ⅱ)journalists use many verbs of cognition and perception and verbs expressing thoughts to unfold the perspective space of the source,supplemented by direct and indirect quotations.This blend allows the perspectives of the journalist,narrator,and source to merge,making the readers mediated witness with a more immersive understanding of the events and legal rights protection processes.Therefore,in news narratives,journalists employ various linguistic means to strike a balance between liveliness and authenticity,ensuring the effectiveness of the report.
