摘 要:受电荷耦合器件光学性质差异、供电稳定程度等各方面因素的影响,国产卫星所拍摄的海域影像普遍存在带状条纹噪声,这严重影响了遥感卫星影像的辐射质量和可用性。针对这一问题,提出一种基于水域提取和均值补偿的带状噪声去除方法,首先利用水域提取技术准确分割水体和陆地区域,接着利用均值补偿技术精细化处理海面带状噪声,从而在保证影像质量的前提下去除带状噪声。Due to various factors such as differences in the optical properties of charge coupled devices and the power stability,sea surface images taken by domestic satellites commonly exhibit stripe noise,which seriously affects the radiometric quality and usability of remote sensing images.To address this issue,we propose a stripe noise removal method based on water area extraction and mean compensation.First,the water and the land areas are accurately segmented by using water area extraction technology,and then the sea surface stripe noise is processed by using mean compensation technology,thereby removing the stripe noise while ensuring the image quality.
