摘 要:基于2012—2019年中国七大水系所流经的26个省级行政区的面板数据,运用EBM模型和熵权法分别测算研究区水资源利用效率值和新型城镇化综合指数值,利用dagum基尼系数法分别测算二者的区域差异程度,借助脱钩模型对两个系统的适配性进行考察.结果表明:(1)水资源利用效率方面,海河水系>淮河水系>长江水系>黄河水系>辽河水系>松花江水系>珠江水系.新型城镇化方面,淮河水系>海河水系>珠江水系>长江水系>黄河水系>辽河水系>松花江水系.(2)水资源利用效率总体基尼系数呈下降趋势,超变密度是造成总体水资源利用效率区域差异的主要来源.新型城镇化总体基尼系数呈上升趋势,组间差异是造成总体差异的主要因素.(3)七大水系的水资源利用效率和新型城镇化适配关系以扩张性负脱钩为主.Based on the panel data of 26 provincial-level administrative regions traversed by China's seven major water systems from 2012 to 2019,the EBM model and entropy weight method were used to estimate the water resources utilization efficiency values and the comprehensive index values of new-type urbanization in the study area.The dagum Gini coefficient method was used to assess the degree of regional differences between the two,and the decoupling model was utilized to investigate the suitability of the two systems.The results show that:(1)In terms of water resource utilization efficiency,the ranking is as follows:Haihe River system>Huaihe River system>Yangtze River System>Yellow River System>Liaohe River system>Songhua River system>Pearl River system.For new-type urbanization,the ranking is:Huaihe River System>Haihe River System>Pearl River System>Yangtze River System>Yellow River System>Liaohe River System>Songhua River System.(2)The overall Gini coefficient of water resources urbanization efficiency showed a downward trend,and the overvariable density was the primary source of regional differences in overall water resources utilization efficiency.The overall Gini coefficient of new-type urbanization is on the rise,and the difference between groups is the main factor causing the overall difference.(3)The adaptation relationship between water resource utilization efficiency and new-type urbanization of the seven major water systems is mainly based on expansionary negative decoupling.
