免缝合手术切除与CO_(2)激光治疗仪治疗鸡眼的疗效分析

摘　　要：本研究旨在比较分析免缝合手术切除和CO_(2)激光治疗仪治疗鸡眼的疗效,为临床治疗提供科学依据.选取2017年9月—2022年9月西安文理学院校医院120例鸡眼患者,随机分为CO_(2)激光治疗仪组和免缝合手术切除组,比较手术时间、术中出血量、伤口愈合时间以及半年复发率.经统计分析,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),免缝合手术组虽然手术时间较长,术中出血量较多,但伤口愈合时间更短,半年复发率更低.本研究显示免缝合手术切除恢复快、复发率低,疗效好,为优先治疗选择.This study aims to compare and analyze the efficacy of sutureless surgical excision and CO_(2) laser therapy in the treatment of corns,providing a scientific basis for clinical treatment.From September 2017 to September 2022,120 corn patients from the Xi'an University Hospital were randomly divided into the CO_(2) laser therapy group and the sutureless surgical excision group.The surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,wound healing time,and six-month recurrence rate were compared.Statistical analysis showed that the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Although the sutureless surgical excision group had a longer surgical time and greater intraoperative blood loss,it had a shorter wound healing time and lower six-month recurrence rate.Sutureless surgical excision had fast recovery,lower recurrence rate,and better efficacy,and was the priority choice of treatment.
