摘　　要：智能显示终端在人们生活中广泛使用,已经息息相关,带来更多的视觉体验.经过详细调校的优秀产品出厂时应该保证所有设计指标,克服个体差异性.众多参数单纯靠人力调节,操作繁琐,调试时间久,无法满足日益增长的产线产能.通过系统分析图像显示曲线,提出逼近式数据采集形成Auto Gamma数据库和改进的传输协议,可以精确模拟用户操作行为,提高生产效率,减少测试人为错误,并且提供完整的透明性,可追溯性.Intelligent display terminal is widely used in people's life,has been closely linked to bring more visual experience.After detailed adjustment of the excellent products should ensure that all design indicators,to overcome individual differences.Many parameters simply rely on human adjustment,cumbersome operation,debugging time,can not meet the growing production line capacity.Based on the analysis of image display curves,the Auto Gamma database and improved transmission protocol,which can precisely simulate the useR′s operation behavior,improve production efficiency,reduce testing error,and provide complete transparency and traceability.
