摘　　要：近年来,国际关系学者开始关注时间的重要作用,但相关研究所涉及的议题相对零散,概念使用庞杂,难以同时间社会学等既有知识领域进行对话。文章通过考察国际关系学者对时间问题的讨论,分析了时间的基本概念与类别,概括了时间的计算模式与时间困境,明确了时间作为独立概念对于国际关系研究的意义,从而为国际关系学与其他学科在时间研究上的交流互鉴提供基础。研究认为,当前国际关系中的时间研究完成了哲学层面的积淀,但在理论建构和经验现象分析之间存在一定程度的不足。未来研究中,需要在权力、秩序与观念等国际关系学核心议题中检验时间理论,在具体分析中明确时间的结构性、因果性和工具性产生的影响。时间的特性决定其在回应国际关系大理论的衰微趋势、补充中层理论的解释力以及分析具体经验问题方面具有独特优势。在西方时间社会学研究之外,马克思主义的时间理论有助于改善西方主流时间理论辩证性不足的问题,是国际关系学中的时间研究需要重点关注的内容。In recent years,international relations researchers have begun to pay attention to the important role of time.However,the issues involved in relevant studies are relatively scattered,and the concepts used are complicated,as well as the relative fragmentation of the topics and the haphazard use of concepts,covered in the relevant studies have made it difficult to engage in a dialogue with existing fields of knowledge such as Sociology of Time.By examining the discussions of international rela⁃tions scholars on the issues of time,this article analyzes the basic concepts and catego⁃ries of time,outlines the modes of timing together with the time dilemma,and clarifies the significance of time as an independent concept for the study of international rela⁃tions,thus providing a basis for exchange and mutual understanding between Interna⁃tional Relations and other disciplines in the study of time.The study concludes that the current study of time in international relations has completed the accumulation of philo⁃sophical dimensions,however,there is a certain degree of deficiency between theoreti⁃cal constructs and the analysis of empirical phenomena.In future studies,it is necessary to test the theory of time in the core issues of international relations such as power,or⁃der and ideas,and to clarify the structural,causal and instrumental effects of time in specific analysis.The nature of time determines its unique advantages in responding to the declining trend of the grand theory,supplementing the explanatory power of the middle⁃level theory and analyzing concrete empirical problems of international rela⁃tions.In addition to the study of Sociology of Time in the western academy,time re⁃search in international relations needs to focus on the Marxist theory of time,which is helpful to improve the dialectical insufficiency of the mainstream Western theory of time.
