摘　　要：“网络群众路线”是“群众路线”在中国特色社会主义实践中形成的继承性、创新性、系统性理论概括。溯源马克思列宁主义经典作家和中国共产党人的论述,“群众路线”具有清晰的理论脉络和丰富的思想内涵。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记针对党的群众路线进行了一系列深入论述,进一步融合了中国传统“民本”思想的精髓,深化了马克思主义群众观的时代内涵。网络群众路线立足于新时代新技术的发展,对“群众”历史主体地位进行了理论延伸,从价值导向、基本路径和工作方法等维度构建了科学完整的理论体系。The“Online Mass Line”is an inherited,innovative and systematic theoretical summary of the“Mass Line”formed in the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Both the views of the masses of the classic Marxist writers and the excellent Chinese“people-oriented”thought contain important statements about therelationship between the masses of the people and the governing of political parties,as well as the development of society.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has conducted a series of in-depth discussions on adhering to the mass line of the CPC,further integrating the essence of China's traditional“people-oriented”thought and deepening the contemporary connotation of the Marxist mass view.The Online Mass Line is based on the development of new technologies in the new era,theoretically extends the historicalsubject status of the“mass”,and systematically constructs a complete theoretical system from three dimensions:value orientation,basic path and working methods.
