摘　　要：习近平总书记2022年4月25日在中国人民大学考察调研时强调“加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学,归根结底是建构中国自主的知识体系。”作为国际关系学的一个新兴领域,国际政治经济学于20世纪70年代首先兴起于西方,随后不久就引入到中国。而中国改革开放的进程产生了对国际政治经济学的内生需要,马克思主义政治经济学在中国的深厚土壤则有利于国际政治经济学在中国的本土化。因此,中国国际政治经济学从一开始起步就不是对西方知识体系的简单移植,而是扎根于中国大地。在建构中国自主知识体系的进程中,进一步推动国际政治经济学学科体系、学术体系和话语体系的建设,无疑是中国国际政治经济学学者的重要使命。本刊约请9位学者对这一问题进行多维度的讨论。我们期待这组笔谈文章能激发学界对如何构建中国国际政治经济学知识体系进行更深入的思考。General Party Secretary Xi Jinping stressed in his visit to the Renmin University of China on April 25,2022,that“Accelerating the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics is,in the final analysis,the construction of China's independent knowledge system.”As an emerging field of inter-national relations,international political economy was first developed in the 1970s in the West and was introduced to China soon afterwards.The process of China's reform and opening up has created an endogenous need for international political economy,while the deep soil of Marxist political economy in China is conducive to the localization of international political economy in China.Therefore,China's international political e-conomy is not a simple transplant of Western knowledge system from the beginning,and instead,it was deeply rooted in the land of China.In the process of constructing China's independent knowledge system,undoubtedly,it is an important mission of China's scholars of international political economy to further promote the construction of the dis-cipline system,academic system and discourse system of international political econo-my.For this reason,we invited nine well-known scholars to discuss this issue in multi-ple dimensions,and we expect that this group of articles will inspire the academic cir cles to think more deeply about how to construct China's independent knowledge system of international political economy.
