摘　　要：人类命运共同体理念是对当今国内外发展形势的积极回应。从公理内涵看,人类命运共同体建立在人类交往理性和共同的价值追求上,是普世的公理准则,超越种族和制度。从理论渊源上来看,人类命运共同体理念根植于中华优秀传统文化,是对马克思主义“共同体”思想的创造性转化与创新性发展,内嵌于普遍性思维的建构。在当今国际局势日益复杂的情况下,人类命运共同体理念传播效能亟待提升。国际传播应建立多维、立体的“共同体”传播格局,并合理地利用共情传播、互动仪式传播及群聚精准传播等方式讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音,提升中国的国际话语权。The concept of a community with a shared future for mankind is a positive response to the current development situation at home and abroad.From the perspective of axiom connotation,the community of human destiny is built on the rationality of human communication and the pursuit of common values,and is a universal axiom criterion,beyond race and system.From the perspective of theoretical origin,the concept of a Community of Common Destiny is rooted in China's excellent traditional culture.It is a creative transformation and innovative development of the Marxist“community”idea,and a normative construction of interculturalism on the basis of compatibility with universalism.In today’s increasingly complex international situation,the communication efficiency of the concept of Community of Common Destiny needs to be improved urgently.International communication should establish a multidimensional“community”communication pattern,and reasonably use methods such as empathy communication,interactive ritual communication,and precise gathering communication to enhance China’s international discourse power.
