摘  要:采用导数红外光谱结合角度度量法(VAPLS),建立了对环氧大豆油环氧值、酸值和折光率等理化指标的同时快速测定模型。实验结果表明,经过二阶导数预处理的光谱,结合角度度量法(VAPLS)在全波段上建立的模型效果最为理想。环氧值、酸值和折光率的模型相关系数(R_(c)^(2))分别为0.9997、0.9958、0.9998,显示出模型的预测能力较强;校正均方差(RMSEC)分别为0.0327、0.0095、0.0001;预测均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.1503、0.0122、0.0006,模型具有较好的预测精度和稳定性;验证集的相对误差环氧值为0.30%~5.06%、酸值为1.05%~4.88%、折光率为0.00%~0.06%。Infrared spectroscopy combined with angle measurement(VAPLS)and partial least squares(PLS)was used to establish a model for the physicochemical indexes of epoxy value,acid value and refractive rate of epoxy soybean oil.The experimental results indicated that the predicted value of the built model had a good correlation with the true value,and the established method could detect the physicochemical index of epoxy soybean oil quickly.Among,spectra were preprocessed by the second derivative,the combined angle measurement(VAPLS)was the best model on the full band,the model correlation coefficients for epoxy,acid and refraction were 0.9997,0.9958,0.9998;the ted mean variance(RMSEC)was 0.0327,0.0095,0.0001;the predicted mean variance(RM SEP)was 0.1503,0.0122,0.0006,The relative error of the epoxy value verification set was 0.30%-5.06%;The relative error of the acid value was 1.05%-4.88%;the relative error of the refractive ratio was 0.00%-0.06%.
