数字创新生态系统对高技术产业创新质量的影响研究

摘  要:高技术产业创新质量是国家创新驱动发展战略的基础支撑,识别高技术产业创新质量影响因子、探究高技术产业创新质量联动机制是加速提升高技术产业创新质量的关键。本文深入分析了数字创新生态系统和高技术产业创新质量的内涵与构成要素,分别构建了数字创新生态系统和高技术产业创新质量的评价体系,利用2014~2023年我国30个省(区、市)面板数据,实证检验了数字创新生态系统对高技术产业创新质量的驱动作用及影响规律。结果表明:数字创新生态系统能够显著驱动高技术产业创新质量的提升,并呈现先边际效应递减后边际效应递增的非线性特征规律。最后,本文从优化数字创新生态系统、实施差异化区域数字创新生态系统发展战略、加大创新人员和资金投入3个方面给出了相应的对策建议。The quality of innovation in high-tech industries is a fundamental element of the national innovation driven development strategy.Identifying the influencing factors of innovation quality in high-tech industries and exploring the linkage mechanism of innovation quality in high-tech industries are key to accelerating the improvement of innovation quality in high-tech industries.Based on the analysis of the connotation and constituent elements of the digital innovation ecosystem and the innovation quality of high-tech industries,this article constructs an evaluation system for the innovation capability of the digital innovation ecosystem,covering the digital innovation subject,digital innovation platform,and digital innovation ecological environment.It also constructs an evaluation system for the innovation quality of high-tech industries,covering innovation generation quality,innovation application quality,innovation diffusion quality,and innovation transformation quality.Based on this,a comprehensive analysis of panel data from 30 provinces and cities in China's Mainland from 2014 to 2023 is conducted from a spatiotemporal perspective.By constructing a two-way fixed effect model and threshold model,the driving effect and impact law of the digital innovation ecosystem on the innovation quality of high-tech industries are empirically tested.The results indicate that the digital innovation ecosystem can significantly drive the improvement of innovation quality in high-tech industries,and exhibits a non-linear characteristic of decreasing marginal effects followed by increasing marginal effects.Finally,this article provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:optimizing the digital innovation ecosystem,implementing differentiated regional digital innovation ecosys⁃tem development strategies,and increasing innovation personnel and funding investment.
