摘 要:目的基于ABC-X模型探讨结直肠癌化疗患者照顾者对营养照护的真实体验,为临床开展营养管理提供一定的参考和依据。方法采用描述性现象学研究方法,对山西省某三级甲等医院的15名结直肠癌化疗患者的照顾者进行半结构化访谈,用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行分析归纳并提炼主题。结果共提炼出4个主题:营养照护多重压力,资源利用有限、渴望支持,营养照护认知水平差异化,营养照护水平不一。结论医护人员需重视照顾者的营养照护负担,为其提供多方面的支持,同时开展规范化、全程化的营养管理,帮助提高营养照护能力,从而更好地改善患者的营养状况。Objective To explore the real experience of nutritional care for patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy based on the ABC-X model,and to provide reference for clinical nutrition management.Methods Descriptive phenomenology was used,and semi-structured interviews were conducted within the caregivers of 15 patients undergoing chemotherapy for colorectal cancer in a tertiary grade-a hospital in Shanxi Province.The data were analyzed and summarized with Colaizzi seven-step analysis method and the themes were extracted.Results Four themes were extracted:multiple stress of nutrition care,limited use of resources,desire for support,difference in cognition on nutrition care,and different levels of nutrition care.Conclusion The burden of nutritional care of caregivers should be considered.Supports at diverse levels and standardized and holistic nutrition management should be provided to help improve the ability of nutritional care,so as to better improve the nutritional status of patients.
