摘  要:本文以NREL 5 MW风机组成5 MW-5 MW逆旋双转子风机,采用自定义谐波函数赋予风机纵荡运动,基于SST k-ω湍流模型对纵荡运动下5 MW-5 MW逆旋双转子风机进行数值模拟,对不同幅值和周期纵荡下双转子风机的尾迹流动特征,推力和转矩的时变、统计结果进行研究。结果表明:双转子风机尾涡间隙距离随纵荡运动而变化,双转子风机2个转子叶尖涡在尾涡间隙减小时发生融合并脱落;双转子风机的转矩与推力产生与纵荡周期相一致的波动,其中双转子风机顺风转子转矩、推力对纵荡运动更为敏感。本文通过开展纵荡运动下逆旋双转子风机气动性能变化研究工作,探究平台运动对逆旋双转子风机气动特性的影响规律,为漂浮式双转子风机设计制造提供技术指导。The horizontal-axis counter-rotor wind turbine is a wind energy conversion device with high capture efficiency.Applying the counter-rotor wind turbine to offshore wind energy development and utilization can increase conversion efficiency and reduce costs.However,when it is installed on a floating wind turbine,the motion caused by the platform will significantly change the aerodynamic performance of the counter-rotor wind turbine.In this study,a 5 MW-5 MW counter-rotor wind turbine was built on the basis of NREL 5 MW baseline wind turbines,and the surge motion was determined by a specific harmonic function.The SST k-ω turbulence model was applied in the numerical simulation of a 5 MW-5 MW counter-rotor wind turbine in surge motion to study the wake flow characteristics,the time variation of thrust and torque,and the statistical results of the counter-rotor wind turbine in different amplitudes and periodic surge motions.Results show that the distance of the vortex interval of the counterrotor wind turbine changes with the surge motion,and the blade tip vortexes of the two rotors merge and shed when the distance decreases.The torque and thrust of the counter-rotor wind turbine fluctuate in accordance with the surge motion,with the torque and thrust of the downwind rotor of the counter-rotor wind turbine being more sensitive to surge motion.The aerodynamic performance variation rule of the counter-rotor wind turbine in surge motion was investigated to understand the influence of platform motion on the aerodynamics of the counter-rotor wind turbine.These results will provide guidance for the design and manufacture of floating counter-rotor wind turbines.
