摘 要:巴伦支海蕴含丰富的油气资源,但环境条件复杂,常发生以极地低压为代表的极端天气过程。为了研究受极地低压影响的巴伦支海西南海域风浪设计参数,给在此作业的海洋工程结构提供参考,本文基于ERA5再分析数据,识别影响巴伦支海的极地低压过程,选取代表点提取其过程极值序列,基于复合极值分布理论建立考虑多种过程的风速、波浪环境设计参数估计模型,推算设计重现值,与年极值法计算结果进行了比较。研究表明:通过考虑极地低压过程,抽取过程极值序列,包含了更多的情况,适当降低环境设计参数值,结果更加符合实际。The Barents Sea is rich in oil and gas resources and has complex environmental conditions.Extreme weather events,such as polar lows,often occur.We studied the wind and wave design parameters in the southwestern region of the Barents Sea,which is affected by polar lows,to provide a reference for the construction of marine engineering structures.Using ERA5 reanalyzed data,polar lows affecting the Barents Sea were identified.Extreme value sequences for a representative site were extracted.An environmental design parameter estimation model for wind speed and wave height based on compound extreme value distribution theory was established,and the return values were obtained.Calculation results were compared with the outcomes of the annual extreme value method.Results showed that,by considering the polar low process and extracting the extreme value sequences,more situations could be accounted for.This way allows for a reduction in the design value and yields more realistic results.
