摘 要:对于齿轮类航空发动机附件传动系统零件,复杂的工作环境对齿轮表面抗疲劳和耐磨性能提出更高要求。激光冲击强化技术通过使材料表面发生剧烈塑性变形,引入残余压应力,同时提升表面硬度。均匀的残余应力场和表面硬度分布对提升零件疲劳寿命和耐磨性尤为重要,因此,如何获得均匀的残余压应力场和硬度分布,是激光冲击强化工艺研究的一个重要方面。本工作提出一种4层搭接激光冲击强化加工路径方案,采用有限元数值模拟和实验相结合方法,分析激光冲击强化后残余应力和显微硬度力学性能参数的特征。采用有限元数值模拟方法,对多点冲击9310齿轮钢材料的残余应力空间分布均匀性进行研究。采用实验方法,分析激光能量和冲击次数对9310齿轮钢材料残余应力和显微硬度的影响。结果表明,4层搭接激光冲击强化加工路径方案,能够获得较均匀的表面残余压应力场;随着激光能量和冲击次数增加,表面残余应力和显微硬度也随之增大,但增加幅度会减少,表现出一定饱和趋势。For the gears of aero-engine accessory system,the complex working environment requires high fatigue resistance and wear resistance on the gear surface.Laser shock peening technology introduces residual compressive stress and high micro-hardness by severe plastic deformation on the material surface.A more uniform residual stress field and hardness distribution are crucial to improve the fatigue life and wear resistance of the parts.Thus,it is an important topic to investigate how to obtain a uniform residual stress field and hardness distribution by optimizing the technical parameters of laser shock peening.In this paper,a four-layer overlapping laser shock peening path scheme is proposed,and the spatial distribution characteristics of residual stress and microhardness after laser shock peening are analyzed by the finite element numerical simulation and experiment.Using finite element numerical simulation method,the spatial homogeneous distribution of the residual stress field after the multi-point laser shock peening is studied.The effects of laser energy and impact times on the residual stress and micro-hardness of gear steel are experimentally investigated.The results show that the proposed four-layer overlapping laser shock peening path scheme can obtain a more uniform surface residual compressive stress field.With the increase of laser energy and impact times,the surface residual stress and micro-hardness also increase,but the increase magnitude will decrease,showing a certain saturation trend.
