综放采面边角煤一次增架开采技术应用

摘　　要：为保证枣泉煤矿110201(Ⅲ)综放工作面边角煤安全回采,通过分析综放工作面矿压规律,针对该工作面条件提出了一次增架开采技术。厚煤层综放工作面边角煤一次增架开采技术是将所需增加支架提前安装于增架切眼,同时采用铺设阻燃聚酯纤维增强柔性网控制顶板。现场应用结果表明:工作面增加支架及溜槽共计46台,用时6天,其间无明显来压,风机两巷围岩控制效果良好,安全高效回收边角煤180.3万t,增加经济收入10 241.04万元,带来巨大的社会和经济效益,为综放工作面边角煤回采提供了一种快速安全高效的方法。To ensure the safe mining of boundary coal-pillar at 110201(ll)fully mechanized caving face in Zaoquan Colliery,the authors propose the mining technology with one-time additional support for boundary coal-pillar in thick seam according to the conditions of the face by analyzing the mine pressure law,installing the required additional support at the additional support cutting hole in advance and laying flame retardant polyester fiber reinforced flexible mesh to control the roof,whose field application results show that:46 supports and chutes are added with no obvious pressure during 6 days with good surrounding rock control effect of the ventilation roadways,realizing the safe and efficient boundary coal-pillar recovery of 1.803 million tons and the economic income increase by 10.24104 million yuan,bringing huge social and economic benefits,and providing a fast,safe and efficient method for boundary coal-pillar mining in fully mechanized caving face.
