摘 要:毛则渠煤矿2~#煤层厚度大,采用分层法进行回采。截至目前,矿区范围内2~#煤上分层煤炭储量已回采完毕,下分层厚5.5 m煤层未开采。为安全回收下分层煤炭,采用数值模拟方法,设计了2~#煤层下分层工作面综放开采技术方案,合理割煤高度2.5 m,放煤高度3.0 m,采放比1:1.2。202放顶煤工作面回采实践表明,采面顶煤回收率为88%,割煤回收率为95%,工作面整体回收率为93%,取得了显著的经济效益。The slice mining method is applied in Maozequ Colliery due to the large thickness of No.2 coal seam.As of now,the coal reserves in the upper slice of No.2 coal seam in the mining area have been fully mined,while the 5.5 m coal seam in the lower slice has not been mined.In order to safely recover the coal in the lower slice,the paper design a comprehensive caving mining technology scheme for the lower slice working face by numerical simulation methods with the reasonable cutting height being 2.5 m,the coal drawing height being 3.0 m and the mining ratio being 1:1.2,whose on-site testing on the 202 top coal caving face shows the top coal recovery rate is 88%,the coal cutting recovery rate is 95%,and the overall recovery rate of the working face is 93%,achieving significant economic benefits.
