摘 要:四老沟矿8103工作面顶板坚硬不易垮落,极易引发顶板事故,拟根据双向聚能预裂爆破技术原理,设计相应的爆破孔参数、炸药量、装药结构等。实施强制放顶后,现场窥视图表明,从炮孔口2.5 m处开始,随着距离炮孔底部的距离变小,预裂缝的宽度和深度在逐渐增加;现场实践中,8103工作面的坚硬顶板初次来压步距由62.61 m降低为23 m,预裂效果良好,保证了工作面的安全生产。Aiming at the susceptibility of roof accident due to the hard roof at 8103 working face in Silaogou Colliery,the author designs the corresponding blasting hole parameters,explosive quantity,charge structure according to the technical principle of bidirectional energy accumulation pre-spliting blasting,whose field view shows that the width and depth of the pre-crack increase gradually with the distance from the bottom of the hole to 2.5 m and the first pressing distance of hard roof decreases from 62.61 m to 23 m with good pre-cracking effect,ensuring the safe production of the working face.
