摘 要:为解决榆树坡矿1207工作面过空巷期间围岩稳定问题,借助数值模拟、实验测试、工程类比等方法,对空巷附近煤岩体塑性破坏特征及加固工艺进行详细探讨;分析表明,不采取加固措施条件下空巷与工作面间煤柱临界安全宽度10 m,充填加固时充填体强度大于4 MPa时效果较好,水灰比4:1的高水材料浆液凝固强度可满足要求;选择分段阻隔充填法进行1207空巷的加固,有效保障了工作面过空巷的安全稳定性。To guarantee the stability of surrounding rock during crossing abandoned roadway at 1207 working face of Yushupo Colliery,the author makes an analysis of the plastic failure characteristics of coal rock mass near the abandoned roadway and the reinforcement technique by means of numerical simulation,experimental test and engineering analogy,which shows that the critical safety width of coal pillar between the abandoned roadway and the working face is 1o m under condition of no reinforcement measures;when the strength of filling body is greater than 4 MPa,the effect of filling reinforcement is better,the solidification of high-water material slurry with 4:1 water-cement ratio can meet the requirements;and the abandoned roadway reinforcement by staged isolation filling method can guarantee the safety and stability of working face during crossing the abandoned roadway.
