工广压煤长壁膏体充填间隔跳采工艺可行性研究

摘　　要：为有效解决三元煤业工广压煤严重的问题,提出了长壁膏体充填间隔跳采工艺,详细论述了长壁膏体充填间隔跳采的开采工艺与充填工艺,分析了长壁膏体充填间隔跳采工艺的有利与不利条件,计算了长壁膏体充填间隔跳采工艺的充填成本和开采成本,得到就地取材的充填成本为192.3元/t,而外购矸石的充填成本为212.3元/t,且长壁膏体充填间隔跳采工艺静态投资回收期约为六个月。由此确定三元煤业工广压煤采用长壁膏体充填间隔跳采工艺是可行的。To effectively mine the coal under industrial square in Sanyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the author proposes the interval skip mining technology by long-wall paste filling,including the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the interval skip mining,whose feasibility is verified by the calculation results of the filling costs and mining costs--that the filling cost of obtaining materials from local sources is 192.3 yuan per ton while outsourcing of gangue is 212.3 yuan per ton with 6-month static investment recovery period.
