摘 要:以长平煤业5308工作面为工程背景,在现场生产地质条件调研、临近工作面回采经验、理论分析的基础上,提出53081巷超前支护区“注浆锚索+工字钢”替代单体柱补强支护方案。现场监测数据表明:53081巷最大底鼓量、顶板下沉量和巷帮内挤量分别为530 mm、178 mm和275 mm,最大浅部离层值92 mm,深部离层值35 mm,“注浆锚索+工字钢”超前支护工艺可保持巷道围岩稳定,有效降低工人劳动强度,提高工作面生产效率。Based on on-site geological conditions investigation,mining experience in adjacent working face and theoretical analysis at 5308 working face of Changping Coal Industry Co.,a"grouting anchor cable and I-beam"reinforcement support scheme instead of single column is proposed for the advanced support area,whose on-site mine pressure monitoring data shows that the maximum bottom heave,roof subsidence and inner squeezing are 530 mm,178 mm and 275 mm respectively with the maximum shallow separation value being 92 mm and the deep separation value being 35 mm,maintaining the stability of the roadway surrounding rock,effectively reducing the labor intensity and improving the production efficiency of the working face.
