工作面过陷落柱回采工艺优化及支护技术

摘  要:基于韩家洼煤矿202工作面揭露X4陷落柱时回采速度慢、围岩破碎严重、破岩量大等技术难度,通过技术研究,对过陷落柱回采方案进行对比分析,提出了小巷法回采工艺,并对过陷落柱期间对小切巷采取“锚索钢带+组合锚索+木垛+单体柱”联合支护,对小巷采取“注浆加固+JW型钢带+锚索吊棚+柔模浇筑”联合支护,通过实际应用效果来看,采用小巷法过陷落柱可减少破岩量达2 487 m^(3),回采速度提高至5.4 m/d,采取联合支护技术后过陷落柱期间工作面端面距控制在0.3 m以下,煤壁片帮长度减小至0.4 m,取得了显著应用成效。Aiming at the technical difficulties such as slow recovery speed,severe rock fragmentation,and large amount of rock breaking when exposing X4 subsided columns in 202 working face of Hanjiawa Colliery,by a comparative analysis of the recovery scheme for crossing subsided columns,the author proposes the small-alley method recovery technology of combined support technology with"anchor-cable-steel-strip,combined-anchor-cable,wood cribs and single prop"for small cutting lane and with'grouting reinforcement,JW-shaped steel strip anchor-cable scaffold and flexible-module pouring"for small alleyway,whose practical application show it can reduce the amount of rock breaking by 2487 m^(3),increase the mining speed to 5.4 m/d,control the end face distance within less than 0.3 m,and reduce the length of coal wall rib spalling to 0.4 m,achieving significant application results.
