摘  要:随着采面长度的增加,巷道贯通测量长度也随之增大,导线长、测点多等因素会导致贯通测量累计误差增大,为此,长距离巷道掘进对贯通测量的质量提出更高要求。以双柳煤矿33(4)23工作面回采巷道贯通测量为工程背景,其导线总长4 993.2 m,结合现场情况及以往工程测量经验,贯通测量方案设计预先计算贯通误差为±0.258 m,现场贯通实测误差为0.387 m,估算误差与实测误差均小于预先确定的极限误差±0.500 m。实践表明,该测量方案可满足长距离巷道优质贯通需要。Due to the increase of cumulative error of through measurement caused by factors such as long wires and multiple measurement points,long-distance tunnel excavation requires higher quality of through measurement.Taking the through measurement of the mining roadway in the 33(4)23 working face of Shuangliu Colliery as the engineering background,on the basis of the site conditions and previous engineering measurement experience,the author determines that the total length of the wire is 4993.2 meters,the precalculated through measurement scheme has a through error of±0.258 meters,while the on-site measured through error is 0.387 meters,which proves that the estimated error and measured error are both less than the predetermined limit error of±0.500 meters and the measurement plan can meet the high-quality through needs of long-distance tunnels.
