长短钻孔立体探查与疏放老空水技术应用

摘  要:老空水突水是煤矿生产过程中常见的事故之一,给矿井的安全生产和矿工的人身安全造成了严重影响。鉴于屯兰矿18302工作面相邻有4个上覆煤层采空区积水、面积大、水量多的情况,为了精准探放18302工作面上覆采空区积水,采用长、短钻孔相结合的立体探查与疏放技术。施工了4个长钻孔和17个短钻孔,长钻孔成孔时的最大涌水量为52 m^(3)/h,短钻孔成孔时的最大单孔涌水量为55 m^(3)/h。经过疏放,单孔涌水量均降低至0.2 m^(3)/h以下,共计疏放采空区积水10.96万m^(3),确保了18302工作面的安全掘进和回采,亦为屯兰矿其他工作面探查和疏放顶板采空区积水积累了经验。Gob water inrush is one of the common accidents in the process of coal mine production,which has a serious impact on the safety of mine production and the personal safety of miners.To accurately detect and discharge the water accumulation in the overlying goaf of 18302 working face,a three-dimensional exploration and drainage technology combined with long and short boreholes has been adopted to construct 4 long boreholes and 17 short boreholes,with the maximum water inflow of 52 m/h when the long borehole is formed,the maximum single hole water inflow of 55 m^(3)/h when the short borehole is formed,the drainage of single hole water inflow reduced to less than 0.2 m/h,and goaf water drainage of 109,600 m^(3),which realizes the safe excavation and mining of 18302 working face and accumulates experience in exploring and draining accumulated water in the roof goaf of other working faces in Tunlan Colliery.
