摘 要:半煤岩综掘巷道掘进迎头粉尘产生量大,在一定程度上影响巷道掘进效率及现场人员身体健康。以1209进风顺槽掘进为工程背景,在分析巷道粉尘来源及粉尘分布基础上,发现综掘机机载降尘装置效率低是导致迎头粉尘浓度偏高的主要原因。为此,提出在综掘机上增设液压水泵、抑尘剂添加装置并在悬臂上增设喷雾架、引射式二次雾化喷嘴实现高压喷雾降尘,对喷雾系统布置情况进行详细分析。工程应用后,1209进风顺槽在掘进期间迎头全尘及呼吸性粉尘浓度分别控制在37.2 mg/m^(3)、22.4 mg/m^(3),全尘、呼吸性粉尘降幅分别达到90.3%、83.9%,降尘效果显著。In response to the impact of dust generated during the excavation of semi coal rock comprehensive tunnels on tunnel excavation effect and the health issues of on-site personnel,taking the excavation of the 1209 ventilation entry as the engineering background,the paper finds that the low efficiency of the airborne dust suppression device of the fully mechanized tunneling machine is the main reason for the high concentration of head-on dust on the basis of analyzing the source and distribution of roadway dust.By adding a hydraulic pump,a dust suppressant addition device on the fully mechanized tunneling machine,and a spray rack and an ejector type secondary atomizing nozzle on the cantilever to achieve high-pressure spray dust reduction,the paper also analyzes the layout of the spray system in detail,whose engineering application in the 1209 ventilation entry shows that during excavation,the concentration of head-on total dust and respiratory dust is controlled at 37.2 mg/m^(3) and 22.4 mg/m^(3),respectively,the reduction of total dust and respiratory dust reaches 90.3%and 83.9%,respectively,with significant dust reductioneffect.
