摘 要:为提高工作面煤尘防治效果,针对工作面回采期间煤尘大,常规的浅孔注水措施达不到预期效果问题,通过对煤尘产生及注水防尘机理进行研究分析,并结合15305工作面井下实际开采情况,采用深孔低压注水防尘技术,并确定工作面注水孔施工参数及注水施工工艺流程。工业实践结果表明:采取该技术措施后,工作面煤层含水率平均提高了10.44倍,工作面采煤机处粉尘浓度降低了65.5%,采煤机下风侧10~15 m位置粉尘浓度下降59.7%。To improve the coal dust prevention effect of working face,aiming at the problem of large coal dust during the mining period of the working face and unexpected effect of conventional shallow-hole water injection measures,the paper studies and analyzes the mechanism of coal dust generation and water injection dust prevention,proposes the technology of deep-hole water injection under low pressure based on the actual mining situation underground in the 15305 working face,and determines the construction parameters and water injection construction process flow of the working face water injection hole,whose industrial practice results show that the average moisture content of the coal seam in the working face increases by 10.44 times,the dust concentration at the coal mining machine in the working face decreases by 65.5%,and the dust concentration at the position 10~15 meters downstream of the coal mining machine decreases by 59.7%.
