摘  要:通过对辛置选煤厂有压两产品重介旋流器分析研究,对其分选效果不佳,精煤灰分不稳定的问题,进行了定制试验改造。通过改变入料压力和底流口直径进行半工业试验,结果表明在满足客户需求的前提下,当入料压力为1.0 MPa、底流口直径为18 mm时,实现了较好的分选效果。当精煤灰分控制在13.03%时,精煤产率提高2.53%。有效地提高厂区经济效益。Based on the analysis and research of the heavy medium cyclone of two products with pressure in Xindi coal preparation plant,the problems of poor sorting ffect and unstable ash of cleaned coal are modified by custom test.By changing the inlet pressure and the diameter of the bottom flow port,the semi-industrial test results show that under the premise of meeting customer demand,when the inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa and the diameter of the bottom flow port is 18 mm,the better sorting effect is achieved.When the ash content of cleaned coal is controlled at 13.03%,the yield of cleaned coal is increased by 2.53%.Effectively improve the economic benefit of the plant area.
