摘 要:【目的】为探究十八烷基三氯硅烷的水解反应时间、喷涂距离与喷涂次数对刨切薄竹表面疏水性能的影响,以刨切薄竹的静态水接触角(WCA)为评价指标,期望优化超疏水刨切薄竹表面制备工艺。【方法】应用单因素试验结合Box-Behnken中心组合响应曲面法对方差进行分析。【结果】水解反应时间、喷涂距离、喷涂次数三因素均与超疏水刨切薄竹表面疏水性能呈显著相关,三因素按照对超疏水刨切薄竹表面疏水性能提升的程度排序为:喷涂距离>喷涂次数>水解时间,三因素两两交互影响对刨切薄竹表面疏水性能影响程度大小顺序为:喷涂距离与喷涂次数>喷涂距离与水解时间,而水解时间与喷涂次数的交互作用对刨切薄竹疏水性能无显著影响。【结论】通过构建刨切薄竹表面的疏水性能与水解时间、喷涂距离、喷涂次数的回归方程模型,得出优化制备工艺条件为:水解时间2.3 h、喷涂距离66 mm、喷涂次数2次,在此条件下制备的刨切薄竹表面静态水接触角为158.56°,试验结果与模型预测的误差值为0.47%。【Objective】To investigate the effects of hydrolysis time of octadecyl trichlorosilane,spraying distance and spraying times on the hydrophobic performance of the thin sliced bamboo surface,the static water contact angle(WCA)of the thin sliced bamboo surface was used as the evaluation index to optimize the preparation process of super hydrophobic bamboo surface.【Method】Single factor test combined with Box-Behnken central composite response surface method were used to analyze the square deviation.【Result】Hydrolysis reaction time,spraying distance and spraying times were significantly correlated with the hydrophobic performance of superhydrophobic sliced thin bamboo surface.The three factors were ranked in the order of the degree of improvement of hydrophobic performance of superhydrophobic sliced thin bamboo surface as spraying distance>spraying times>hydrolysis time,and the order of influence of the three factors on the hydrophobic performance of superhydrophobic sliced thin bamboo surface was as follows:spraying distance and spraying times>spraying distance and hydrolysis time,and the interaction between hydrolysis time and spraying times had no significant effect on the hydrophobic performance of sliced thin bamboo.【Conclusion】Through the establishment of regression equation model of hydrophobic property and hydrolysis time,spraying distance and spraying times of thin sliced bamboo surface,the optimized preparation process conditions were obtained as follows:the hydrolyzing time was 2.3 h,the spraying distance was 66 mm,and the spraying times were 2 times.Under these conditions,the static water contact angle of the surface of the sliced bamboo was 158.56°,and the error value between the test results and the model prediction was 0.47%.
