摘　　要：基于文化遗产理念从“包含过去历史痕迹的物体”到“丰富人类生活的历史资源”的认知演变,如何做好文化遗产保护传承成为时代焦点问题。本文简要梳理了韩国文化遗产保护与管理机构概况,以及文化遗产保护体系的发展历程;从文化遗产领域行业需求和高等教育供给角度,分享韩国文化遗产学科专业领域发展过程和经验做法,重点剖析了国立公州大学、韩国国立文化遗产大学等文化遗产领域代表性高校在专业设置、核心课程、人才培养等方面内容。通过上述研究,重新认识文化遗产在韩国社会中的重要性,并讨论了文化遗产保护和管理的未来方向。Based on the cognitive evolution of the concept of cultural heritage from“objects containing traces of history”to“historical resources enriching human life”,how to effectively protect and inherit cultural heritage has become a societal concern.This article briefly outlines the overview of cultural heritage protection and management institutions in South Korea,as well as the development history of the cultural heritage protection system.From the perspective of industry demand in the cultural heritage field and higher education supply,it shares the development process and experience in the field of cultural heritage disciplines in South Korea,focusing on representative universities such as Kongju National University and Korea National University of Heritage,particularly in terms of program establishment,core curriculum,and talent cultivation.Through the above research,it is evident that the Korea Heritage Administration(KHS,formerly the Cultural Heritage Administration),under the Ministry of Culture,Sports and Tourism of South Korea,plays a core role in cultural heritage protection and management.A stable social and educational system has formed among cultural heritage management administrative agencies,professional institutions,and universities,providing support for achieving industry-academia cooperation in the cultural heritage field and ensuring leading research competitiveness and international competitiveness in cultural heritage.
