摘 要:受工况条件及施工成本等因素限制,在江西某老旧水库除险加固工程中,采用以挖掘机为链锯式切割钻具动力的薄壁水泥土防渗墙施工技术。该技术通过采取自主创新的链锯间距调节器、切割刀头快速更换装置等质量控制措施,有效提高了防渗墙的工程质量和施工效率,降低了施工成本。详细介绍了薄壁水泥土防渗墙的施工工艺、垂直度保障体系、平整度控制、冷缝控制等质量控制措施以及质量检测指标,可为类似工程施工提供参考。Due to constraints such as working conditions and construction costs,a chain saw cutting construction method powered by an excavator was adopted for the construction of thin-walled cement-soil cutoff walls in a rehabilitation project for an old reservoir in Jiangxi Province.This innovative technique incorporates measures such as a self-developed chain saw spacing regulator and a quick replacement device for cutting heads,which effectively improved the quality and efficiency of the cutoff wall construction while reducing costs.The study provides a detailed description of the construction process,including verticality assurance systems,flatness control,cold joint prevention,and other quality control measures,along with quality inspection indicators.This method offers valuable references for similar engineering projects.
