摘　　要：传统高职教学中,教师的主要精力聚焦于学生的专业基础知识、理论学习以及实验技能的训练上,却相对忽视了对学生思想素质的培养。通过引入虚拟仿真技术,优化专业人才培养方案,并从思政教育的角度进行深入分析,旨在探讨基于虚拟仿真技术的市政工程技术专业人才培养方案的优化。借助虚拟仿真技术对专业人才培养方案进行优化,从而提升市政工程技术专业人才的实践能力与综合素质,同时强化思政教育,培养出具有社会责任感和创新精神的高素质人才。In traditional vocational education,teaching primarily focuses on students' foundational professional knowledge,theoretical learning,and experimental skills,often neglecting the cultivation of students' ideological and moral qualities.By incorporating virtual simulation technology,this study seeks to optimize the talent training program for municipal engineering technology and analyze it from the perspective of ideological and political education(IPE).The use of virtual simulation technology enhances the training program,improving students' practical abilities and comprehensive qualities while strengthening ideological education.The goal is to cultivate high-quality professionals with a strong sense of social responsibility and innovative spirit.
