冀西北地区大学生农村创业就业影响因素调查及对策研究——以河北北方学院为例

摘　　要：采用问卷调查和二元Logistic回归模型,分析冀西北地区大学生农村创业就业意愿和影响因素。结果显示,就读专业类型、家人是否支持返乡和户籍类型等指标对大学生农村创业就业意愿有显著影响。据此,提出加大对农医类学生的培养力度、加强课程和实践平台建设以及充分发挥学科优势等建议,以鼓励更多的大学生到农村发展。Based on questionnaire surveys and binary Logistic regression models,an in-depth analysis has been conducted of the willingness and influencing factors of college students’entrepreneurship and employment in rural area in Northwestern Hebei.The results show that indicators such as the major studied,family support for returning to their hometown,and household registration type have significant impacts on college students’willingness to engage in entrepreneurship and employment in rural area.Based on these findings,such suggestions are made to encourage more college students to work in rural area as strengthening the training of agricultural and medical students and the support for rural employment policies,enhancing the construction of curriculum and practice platforms,reinforcing ideals and beliefs,and fully leveraging the advantages of disciplines.
