河北省传统冰雪运动发展的时代价值、地域优势及发展途径

摘　　要：采用历史研究、实地调查和田野作业等研究方法对河北省传统冰雪运动的发展进行研究。分析传统冰雪运动发展的时代价值,阐释传统冰雪运动发展的地域优势,提出推进项目走进校园、开展群众冰雪活动、鼓励竞赛化创新、加快项目非遗收录和完善数字化保护等发展途径。By means of historical research,field surveys,and fieldwork,the paper studies the development of traditional ice and snow sports in Hebei Province.Based on the analysis of the times value and the geographic advantages of the development of traditional ice and snow sports,such development paths are suggested as promoting the introduction of these sports into schools,organizing ice and snow activities for the masses,encouraging competitive innovations,accelerating the inclusion of these projects in the list of intangible cultural heritage,and improving digital protection.
