摘　　要：在构建现代化教育管理与监控体系的过程中,教学质量信息化平台建设面临数据共享率低、采集率低和利用率低的困境。详细分析成果导向教育理念、平台架构、平台角色、平台功能以及平台安全等建设内容,提出了教育理念与信息技术深度融合的建设路径,以提高高校教学质量管理的现代化水平。In the process of building a modern education management and monitoring system,the construction of the information platform for teaching quality faces difficulties such as low data sharing rates,low collection rates,and low utilization rates.Based on the detailed analysis of the concept of outcome-based education,platform architecture,platform role,platform function,and platform security,the paper proposes a construction path that deeply integrates educational concepts with information technology,aiming to promote the modernization of teaching quality management in universities.
