党建引领多元共治的社区治理模式探析

摘　　要：党建引领多元共治的社区治理模式能够适应社会结构多元化发展,满足居民多样化需求,提升基层治理能力现代化水平,但目前仍存在主体参与、资源配置和供需对接3重困境。基于合作治理理论,从强化党建引领、创新共治机制、加强资源保障和加快信息化建设等方面提出优化策略,推动党建引领多元共治的实践和创新,激发社区治理新活力,构建高效和谐的社区治理格局。The multi-dimensional community governance model led by Party building can adapt to the diversified development of social structure,meet the diverse needs of residents,and promote the modernization level of governance capacity.However,it is faced with the dilemma of insufficient subject participation,imperfect resource allocation and vague matching of supply and demand.Based on cooperative governance theory,suggestions are made in terms of the enhancement of the leading of Party building,the innovation of multi-governance mechanism,the strengthening of resource security,and the acceleration of information construction are in order to promoting practice and innovation of multi-governance led by Party building,so as to promote the practice and innovation of the multi-dimensional governance,activate the vitality of community governance,and build an efficient,harmonious and fair community governance structure.
